      For this assignment we were assigned a shot quiz in which we needed to make up a visual story with one or two inanimate objects, incorporating the shots and angle types.   

My partner and I decided to create a story about a sad and lonely water bottle going through her day at school. During one of the bottle’s sad moments, another character comes in and manages to make her day better through a note. We used a Stanley cup as the main character and a little plastic cup as the other character, we also used a phone for the pictures.  

I think I did a good job at choosing the plot of the story and the kinds of shots used. We followed the instructions and created exactly 15 shots. The story is good, with a beautiful meaning behind it, and shows what's happening in every scene. The problem is that some of the pictures don’t match with the kind of shot we wanted to use. For example, in a close-up, most of the subject was visible and in what was supposed to be a middle shot came out as a long shot.
